Terms of use: Gemini Power Tools

Effective date: 5 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Gemini Power Tools ("the Extension"), published by Adaptive Labs ("we", "us"). Contact: support@adaptivelabs.app

2. Free and Pro

The free version includes an Inbox plus 3 folders, title search and single-chat export. Pro adds unlimited folders, search inside message text and export of all saved chats. Pro is sold monthly (£4.99), yearly (£39) or as a one-off lifetime licence (£69). Prices for new purchases may change.

3. Payments and refunds

Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes payment, issues receipts, handles tax and processes refunds and subscription cancellations under its own terms. Your rights under UK consumer law are not affected. For help with a purchase, email support@adaptivelabs.app.

4. Licence keys

A licence key is for your own use. Do not share, resell or publish it. We may deactivate keys that are shared or obtained fraudulently.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Extension lawfully and only with accounts and data you are allowed to access. Do not try to bypass the free limits or interfere with the licence check.

6. Not affiliated with Google

The Extension is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google LLC. Google's own terms continue to apply to your use of Gemini.

7. Availability

Google can change Gemini at any time, which may stop some features working until we release an update. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

8. Your data

Your chat data is stored on your device. Please keep your own copies of anything important. See our privacy policy for details.

9. Liability

The Extension is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above, and the new terms apply from then, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring claims in your local courts.
